Capability

The Easy Gripper 2400-2T Compact has a gripping range of 34″ – 94″ and a lifting capacity of 4,400 lbs at a 21.7″ Load Center. When handling full wheel assemblies as inside duals, the Gripper handles up to 24.00R35 tires.

For any type of carrier

Depending on the tilt capability of the carrier vehicle, the Easy Gripper 2400-2T is available with either a 90° tilt module for forklifts, a 30° tilt module, or in a compact version without tilt for use on telehandlers, wheel loaders and truck cranes. The RIM Handling tools are yet a safety and efficiency add-on to the Easy Gripper program and improve the handling of OTR rims.

Underground mines

Solves issues with limited clearance around the tires. The two bottom pipes grip the tire below the fender and the top pipe can easily be changed to a flat one that fits between the tire and the fender.

Quarries

Reduces down time and improves the safety for the tire fitters. See also the tools for handling the rings, when mounting or demounting tires.
