Linde electrical stackers dance with brazilian tractor tyres

It is not as far from Balling to Brazil as one might think. At least not if we look at a development project between N.C. Nielsen and Just Easy Tools, which have resulted in two innovative tyre handling machines.

They are working at high pressure in Brazil to handle giant tractor tyres at a factory in the South American country. A customer had approached Just Easy Tools with a task as they had safety and space issues on their assembly line. Just Easy Tools therefore contacted N.C. Nielsen around the task, where the requirement was to supply two efficient tyre handling machines.

The overall solution was to replace the hard physical work of backing around with the heavy tractor tyres and make life easier when wheels and tractor tyres had to be moved around the warehouse. At the same time, the two new tyre handling machines were to replace some existing mounting equipment and thus streamline the process.
