Ring handling tools improve safety
Special and unique ring handling tools for multi-piece rim wheels are another exclusive feature that is only available with an Easy Gripper. The ring handling tools are mounted on the end of the gripper pipes, and enable the tyre fitter to handle both rim, tyre rings and side rings in a safe and secure manner. The special and unique tools grip, hold, press, or place the tyre, rim and rings as needed - a major improvement of safety and efficiency!

Easy Gripper
A wide product range of Easy Grippers are available, depending on the weight and size of the tyres to be handled, the operations to be performed and the characteristics of the carrier. The Easy Grippers are designed to help tyre professionals in a multitude of conditions and situations. Implementing the Easy Gripper makes tyre handling faster and safer, while preventing damage to tyres, rims and equipment.
For breakdown tyre service and planned on-site tyre service we recommend 2 different solutions. Either a solution where the Easy Gripper is mounted on a truck crane or a solution where the Easy Gripper is mounted on a front loader or telehandler and brought to location on a trailer together with tyre machine etc.

Easy Truck Trolley
The Easy Truck Trolley is developed for safe and easy mounting and demounting of truck tyres and wheels. It is designed in order to reduce manual stressful operations and improve the ergonomic working environment.
With a gripping diameter from 800-1250mm (31-49”) and a lifting capacity of 130 kg (286 lbs), this tool can handle almost any tyre and wheel assembly for trucks, trailers and busses.

The Easy Stackers are designed to stack and to handle stacks of tyres with a firm grip and with movements optimized to operate in tight space in warehouses, production areas, trucks and containers. If the racking in the warehouse allows tyres to be placed very close to each other, you can get a very effective use of your warehouse by using one of our Easy Stackers which is designed to optimizing stock capacity.

Professional tools for handling small OTR and AGRO tyres
If you handle tyres and wheels for personal cars with a diameter between 400-800 mm (16-31”), then the Easy Stacker 800 is the tool for you. It can place the sets of tyres with a safe grip and with very limited space between the stacks of tyres to optimize the stock capacity.
If you handle tyres for trucks or busses or other tyres with a diameter between 550-1200 mm (22-47”), then the Easy Stacker 1200 is the tool for you. The Easy Stacker 1200 is optimized for stacking, loading, unloading and other handling operations. It fits into trucks and containers, and you can organize your warehouse and logistic without pallets allowing you to optimize the stock capacity.
If you handle small OTR and AGRO tyres with a diameter between 750-1600 mm (30-63”), then the Easy Stacker 1600 is the tool for you.
