The Easy Gripper product range is designed to help tyre professionals in a multitude of conditions and situations.
The Easy Gripper Crane Module D, installed on a truck crane, provides optimal flexibility for drivers, allowing them to transport and mount large OTR or AGRO tyres and wheels - even single-handedly.
The Easy Gripper Crane Module D enhances both speed and safety in tyre handling, with its unique 3-point grip providing maximum control and stability. The combination of the precise rotation of the Easy Gripper, together with the tilt and slewing functions of the Crane Module D, significantly reduces accident risks and prevents damage to tyres, rims, and equipment.

Configured with an Easy Gripper 2160:
With a gripping range of Ø700 - 2.160 mm (28 - 85”) and a lifting capacity of 1 ton (2.200 lbs), the Easy Gripper 2160 is developed to handle AGRO and light OTR tyres.
Configured with an Easy Gripper 2400-2T:
With a gripping range of Ø850 - 2.400 mm (34 - 94”) and a lifting capacity of 2 ton (4.400 lbs), the Easy Gripper 2400-2T can handle tyres up to 37.25R35. When handling full wheel assemblies as inside duals, the Gripper handles up to 24.00R35.

Simplifies alignment
The integrated +/-80° horizontal/vertical tilt, along with the +/-10° horizontal slewing function in the Crane Module D, simplifies the alignment of the Easy Gripper with the tyre and hub.
Easy integration of control
The control system of the Easy Gripper Crane Module D is designed for easy integration with the existing crane’s remote control.
Solves limited clearance
Limited clearance around tyres and fenders is easily addressed by replacing the top gripping pipe with a flat top arm, achieved by loosening a single bolt, while the two bottom pipes support the tyre beneath the fender.
Quick conversion of crane
Installed with a crane-specific insert, the Easy Gripper Crane Module D allows for easy mount/dismount, making it possible to quickly convert the truck crane to its standard form for other purposes than tyre handling.
