The hydraulic tire handlers / tire manipulators (Easy Gripper) and the tire stackers (Easy Stacker) are designed to save time and resources as well as improve occupational health, ergonomic working environment, and safety.
The Easy Gripper mechanize the task of handling OTR tires, in order to minimize risk and time for maintenance, and maximizing the availability. The Easy Gripper and Easy Stackers hold the tire with a firm grip, tilt and rotate it in different angles and transport it to a different working area or equipment workshop.
A wide product range of Easy Grippers and Easy Stackers are available, depending on the weight and size of the tires to be handled, the operations to be performed and the characteristics of the carrier. The Easy Gripper requires a carrier, such as a forklift, a front loader, a telehandler, or a truck crane. And the Easy Stacker requires a stacker or a forklift as carrier.
